Working Principle:
This Copper Cable Granulator mainly adopts airflow sorting machine, air shaker or electrostatic sorting and other methods for sorting. The principle is to use the differences in physical properties such as density and electrical conductivity of copper and plastic to realize separation under the action of airflow or electric field. For example, in the process of airflow sorting, the crushed materials under the action of wind force, the light mass of plastic particles are blown out to the back end of the airflow sorting machine, while the heavy mass of copper particles in the vibration force under the action of the front section of the airflow sorting machine.
Structural composition:
1. Crushing System: It consists of crusher and other equipments, which are responsible for crushing the waste wires and cables into smaller particles for subsequent separation operation. For example, the pre-crusher of BS-D80 Copper Rice Machine can crush the waste wires into 5-10cm segments, and the main crusher will further crush them into a mixture of copper and plastic particles.

3. Conveying system: usually consists of conveyor belt, screw conveyor and so on, which is used to convey the materials between each process to ensure the continuity of the production process.
