The automatic forming and shaping integrated machine is a highly efficient automated Pulp Molding Equipment that integrates two major processes of pulp forming and shaping, which is widely applicable to the production of high-end packaging inner trays, like Inner Tray for Electric Product, Gift Wrapping Paper Tray and so on. It features a forming top mold with a preheating function, which automatically transfers the already formed wet rough to the shaping bottom mold, and then subject it to high temperature and high pressure treatment to quickly shape high-quality semi-finished products (untrimmed products).
