Surface wear resistant layer: 95% high purity alumina ceramic sheet, ceramic sheet Rockwell hardness greater than 82HRA.
Intermediate transition layer: natural special rubber buffer material, rubber tensile strength greater than 15MPa.
Substrate bonding layer: semi vulcanization CN bonding layer, peel strength can reach 15kN/m.

Super long wear resistant life
The surface of the ceramic sheet has been specially treated to have super wear-resistant performance. In the wear test, the wear volume of the 20*20*8mm ceramic sheet is less than 0.06cm³, and the compressive strength is more than 850MPa, and the life span can be up to 5-8 times of the traditional rubber covered rubber.
Anti-slip performance
The combination of ceramic and rubber arrangement makes the conveyor belt grip increase by 40%, with the gap between each ceramic piece, forming a micro-channel, can effectively discharge dust impurities, to avoid slipping in the operation of the conveyor roller equipment.
Flame retardant performance
