Working principle of Aluminum Can Baler:
Loading the metal waste into the compression chamber, firstly actuating the cover cylinder to rotate the cover plate until the compression chamber is closed and locked, then sequentially extruding the side oil cylinder pressure head and the main pressure head to extrude the waste into a bundle block, after the main cylinder is depressurized, pushing the gate cylinder forward to open the gate, then pushing the briquette out of the material box by the main cylinder, and finally returning the oil cylinders in turn to complete a packing operation.
Structural composition of Aluminum Scrap Baler:
1. Main machine: including frame, hydraulic cylinder, material box, pressure head and other components. The frame is usually welded with high-quality steel, which has sufficient strength and stability; the hydraulic cylinder is the key component to generate pressure, which compresses the metal scrap through the reciprocating motion of the piston; the bin is used to contain the metal scrap to be packed, and its size and shape are determined according to different models and use requirements; the pressure head directly acts on the metal scrap to compact it.
2. Hydraulic system: It is composed of hydraulic pump, hydraulic valve, oil tank, pipeline, etc. The hydraulic pump converts the mechanical energy of the motor into hydraulic energy to provide pressure oil for the system; the hydraulic valve is used to control the flow direction, pressure and flow of the hydraulic oil to realize various actions of the packer; the oil tank is used to store the hydraulic oil and play the role of heat dissipation and filtration; the pipeline is responsible for connecting various hydraulic components and transmitting the hydraulic oil.
3. Electrical control system: PLC automatic control system is generally used to realize the automatic control of the baler with the operation of buttons and sensors, and the functions of manual/automatic mode switching, parameter setting, fault diagnosis, etc.
