This hydraulic baling and shearing machine is an integrated and efficient core equipment in the field of scrap metal recycling and steel mill pretreatment. The shell-type baler shears are named for the "shell open-close (cohesive)" structure of the feed box. They are heavy-duty hydraulic equipment integrating prepressing, baling and shearing. They are specially designed for loose/large metal scraps such as scrap steel, light and thin materials, automobile shells, etc., and can complete the whole process of "volume reduction baling → fixed-length shearing" at one time. How it works
-Feeding: Scrap metal (car shell, color steel tile, scrap steel, profile, etc.) is fed into the shell type feeding box by the steel grabbing machine/traveling crane;
-Cohesion prepressing: the hydraulic wing plates (shell petals) on both sides are closed synchronously to extrude the materials horizontally, compact the loose waste materials into high-density pre-wrapped blocks, and discharge the air and gaps;
-Material pushing and shear feeding: the material pushing cylinder pushes the pre-pressed lump to the shear edge;
-Cut-to-length shearing: the main shearing cylinder drives the moving knife to cut off the lump into a cut-to-length material section meeting the requirements of the steel mill with a shearing force of hundreds of tons;
-Automatic discharge: the sheared finished material section is automatically discharged to complete the cycle, and the continuous operation is available.
