WL2000 Automatic Butyl Extruder Machine
Auto butyl extruder machine with 14L capacity to load hot melt butyl.Machine can seal to 6-25mm aluminum spacer and also can seal to curved aluminum spacer bar.Auto hot melt Extruder machine with 4 variable frequency adjustable processing speed, maximum speed: 28m/min. With independent parameter memory, the corresponding parameters change automatically after adjust the speed, no need to adjust again.
Main features:
1 Butyl extruder can process frames from 6-25mm width.
2 The feeding nozzles can be positioned automatic to deliver uniform sealing.
3 Pneumatic operation of butyl process is controlled by a PLC that electronically regulates the temperature of the butyl heaters.
4 A timer enables the preheating of butyl ahead of the start of operation.
5 The height adjustment is available according to the frame size.
6 The nozzle width shall be controlled by the pneumatic and hydraulic parallel method.
7 Conveyor speed can be adjusted with 5 conveyor speed.
8 Possible to control the length of butyl application and monitoring current production quantity on the touch screen.
9 Adopt Germany pneumatic pump,brand Maximator.
10 The machine has sealant shortage alarm system.
11 The maximum amount of glue is 14L.
