Product introduction and characteristics

Roller covering is a very important part in the belt conveyor system, which can not only significantly improve the operating performance of the conveyor system, but also effectively protect the metal roller from wear and tear.

The performance of the rubber-coated pulley will be effectively improved. The surface of the rubber plate is made of 95 alumina corundum ceramic sheets with high wear resistance, which greatly increase the friction between the pulley and the belt, avoiding the equipment from slipping and improving the operation efficiency of the whole system.
The back side of the ceramic rubber sheet is also specially designed with a layer of semi-cured CN, which not only eliminates the need for subsequent sanding of the rubber sheet, but also saves time and labour, and when used with our adhesive, it demonstrates extremely strong adhesive strength.
The rubber material of the bottom layer is made of special synthetic rubber with high content of natural rubber and high elasticity, which can effectively enhance the resistance of the drum to the impact of materials.
Ceramic rubber plate is also added to the design of the groove, which makes the roller in the running process can be attached to the surface of the foreign body along the groove discharge, to achieve the self-cleaning function of the roller.
