Basic information:

Ammonium Bicarbonate is a white crystalline salt that is commonly used in baking as a leavening agent., chemical formula is NH4HCO3, granular, plate-like or columnar crystals, ammonia smell.  Ammonium bicarbonate is a carbonate, so it must not be placed with acid, because acid will react with ammonium bicarbonate to form carbon dioxide, which deteriorates ammonium bicarbonate.  But there are also rural use of ammonium bicarbonate and acid reaction of the nature of ammonium bicarbonate in vegetable greenhouses, the greenhouse sealed, and ammonium bicarbonate placed on high, add dilute hydrochloric acid.  At this point, ammonium bicarbonate reacts with hydrochloric acid to form ammonium chloride, water and carbon dioxide.  Carbon dioxide boosts photosynthesis, increasing vegetable production, and ammonium chloride can be used again as fertilizer.  In the chemical formula of ammonium bicarbonate, there is ammonium ion, which is a kind of ammonium salt, and ammonium salt can not be put together with alkali, so ammonium bicarbonate should not be put together with sodium hydroxide or calcium hydroxide

Ammonium Bicarbonate (Industrial Grade) can be used in pigment, leather, foam rubber, pharmacy, daily chemical industry, electroplating, ceramics, fire extinguishing agent and frosted bulb.
