Equipped with 40 fully automatic injection molding machines (covering a range from 100 to 2000 tons), three 100,000-level cleanroom spray coating lines, and SMT electronic production lines (with precision up to ±0.025mm), the division offers a one-stop service encompassing product development, mold design, mold manufacturing, injection molding, surface spray coating processing, laser engraving, screen printing, and final product assembly. Each division possesses advanced production equipment and technology, supported by a 60-member professional R&D team with 35% holding master's or doctoral degrees. The company has accumulated 87 authorized patents, including 12 invention patents and 23 core patents in the field of new energy thermal management. It has established a provincial-level enterprise technology center and a new energy vehicle parts engineering research center.
