• Text hot stamping die + flat product

• Flat silicone plate + raised text

If the product itself has a raised part and needs to be hot stamped on the raised part, then just paste a flat silicone plate on the hot stamping head, so that the raised area will transfer the hot stamping foil.

• Cold hot foil stamping process

Flat hot stamping machine is not suitable for large-area cold hot foil stamping process, but it can still be used in some special occasions, such as glass products. You can first screen print glass varnish on the glass, and then use the flat hot stamping machine for hot foil stamping after curing. A thicker silicone plate should be pasted on the flat hot stamping machine to avoid crushing the glass.

• Curved silicone die + curved products

Many plastic products are not flat, but have smooth curved surfaces. To hot stamp on them, you need to make a silicone rubber plate that matches the product shape. Since each area of ​​the curved product is not flat, the phenomenon of wrinkling the hot stamping foil will often occur, which is a difficult area for flat hot foil stamping.
