     Hot stamping on cylindrical products such as bottle caps, cups, hoses, bottles and other products requires a curved surface stamping machine. How to hot stamp a hose?
    The hose can be hot stamped with a semi-automatic hot stamping machine or a fully automatic hot stamping machine; the hose is not sealed before hot stamping, and a fixture needs to be made to insert the hose. The semi-automatic hot stamping machine makes a set of fixtures, while the fully automatic turntable hot stamping machine needs to make fixtures according to the number of workstations. Electroplated aluminum should be suitable for polyolefin materials, and the hot stamping version recommends a silicone template.
It is very important for the semi-automatic hot stamping machine to push the hose fixture to contact the hot plate at a uniform speed. It is ideal to use an oil-gas integrated cylinder to push it. For a fully automatic hot stamping machine, the hot stamping head is driven by a servo motor.
 
How to hot stamp a glass bottle?
    Glass itself is a non-absorbent material. There are no direct hot stamping cases reported publicly. It is necessary to first screen print glass paint on the glass bottle and then transfer hot stamping. Therefore, the hot stamping process of glass bottles is a combination of screen printing and hot stamping.
The screen printing process is the screen printing process of cylindrical products. The bottle rotates, the screen moves left and right, and the ink is transferred to the surface of the glass bottle. There are two processes that can do this, solvent-based ink plus natural drying and UV ink plus UV drying.
