1. Full servo drive system
Bottles have various shapes, sizes, and materials. If you want to print on a screen printer, you must use a servo drive system. When changing fixtures and screens, you can use intelligent data adjustment. For some oval, square bottles or bottles with more complex shapes, the printing head needs to float according to the shape during the printing process. Only a multi-axis linkage servo device can achieve this. The servo motor drives the X/Y/Z axis and rotation axis of the printing head to achieve a repeatable positioning accuracy of ±0.01mm.
2. CCD visual positioning technology
If there are special requirements for the starting position of the bottle, the CCD positioning technology is the most reliable. The industrial camera captures the container contour in real time, and the offset is calculated by combining the AI algorithm to achieve a positioning accuracy of ±0.02mm. Support dynamic adjustment of printing path to adapt to irregular containers such as cylindrical and conical shapes.
3. Flexible feeding technology
Bottles have complex shapes, and servo-driven manipulator gripping devices are usually used to ensure that the screen printer can still shuttle easily when changing bottles, and achieve perfect docking between the feeding mechanism and the printing mechanism.
4. UVLED curing device
In high-speed automation systems, UVLED is the most efficient and environmentally friendly technology, which can ensure instant drying of ink.
