Cast Iron Press Iron Briquetting Machine

Working Principle:

• Feed: Cast iron chips are fed into the compression chamber of the Iron Briquetting Press through the feed port, which is designed to adapt to the diversity and size differences of metal chips to ensure smooth feeding.

• Compression: After the cast iron chips enter the compression chamber, the indenter of the briquetting press presses down. Under the action of high pressure in the compression chamber, the cast iron chips are closely arranged to form a compact briquette structure. The compression force and speed can be adjusted according to demand.

• Discharge: After compression is complete, the compressed cast iron briquettes will be automatically or manually pushed out.

Main Functions:

• Pressure briquettes forming: The cast iron chips are directly pressed into briquettes forming by hydraulic means, and the gate type pushing system is adopted, which has high speed and efficiency.Metal Briquetting Press

• Cutting oil separation: While pressing the briquette forming, the cutting oil can be separated from the briquettes, and the cutting oil can be recycled to ensure that the original material of the briquettes is not polluted.
