One color ink-tray pad printing machine for Electronics

  Workbench part

It is used to place the workpiece to be printed. It may be a flat surface or with a fixture to adapt to substrates of different shapes and sizes. The workbench can be manually adjusted up and down, left and right, front and back to achieve accurate positioning of the printing position.

Oil cup and scraper device

• Oil cup assembly: including the oil cup body and the scraper ring. The oil cup body is used to store ink. The scraper ring is installed on the oil cup body and buckled on the pad printing steel plate.

• Oil cup drive cylinder: controls the oil cup to make linear reciprocating motion on the surface of the printing plate, so that the ink fills the concave pattern on the surface of the printing plate during the movement.

Printing plate device

• Printing plate clamp: used to fix the printing plate to ensure that the printing plate is accurately and stably positioned during the printing process, and facilitate the ink coating and scraping operations of the oil cup and scraper.

• Printing plate: usually a thick steel gravure plate with a thickness of about 10mm, or a thin steel gravure plate with a thickness of 0.25-0.5mm, or a nylon gravure plate of the same thickness can be used instead.

Printing device

Pad head and its fixing device: The pad head is the core component of pad printing, which is used to pick up ink from the printing plate and transfer it to the surface of the substrate. The pad head fixing device is used to install and fix the pad head to ensure the stability of the pad head during the printing process.

Pad head driving cylinder: It includes a horizontal cylinder and a vertical cylinder. The horizontal cylinder controls the movement of the pad head above the printing plate and the substrate, and the vertical cylinder controls the up and down movement of the pad head.
