Product Details of pad printer

The monochome ink cup pad printer is mainly composed of the following parts:

Workbench system- connected with the dovetail groove on the wall panel by sliding fit. Through gear transmission, it can adjust the up and down, left and right, front and back positions for printing position positioning.

Scraper and oil cup device

Oil cup device: usually composed of an oil cup body and a scraper ring. There is an ink cavity in the oil cup body. The scraper ring is installed at the outlet of the ink cavity. The ink is controlled by a separate horizontal cylinder to move on the surface of the pad printing plate.

Printing plate device

The pad printer mainly uses a thick steel concave plate with a thickness of about 10mm and a thin steel concave plate with a thickness of 0.25-0.5mm. The thin steel concave plate can also be replaced by a nylon concave plate of the same thickness.

Printing device

That is, the rubber head and its fixing device, which realizes the action of moving from the top of the printing plate to the top of the substrate and then returning to the top of the printing plate through the cylinder fixed on the wall panel of the casing. The rubber head is connected by the piston shaft of the vertical cylinder to execute the downward pressure and reset commands.
