        Pneumatic flat hot stamping machines are mainly based on the principles of heat transfer and pneumatic transmission to achieve hot stamping operations. Before hot stamping, the text, pattern, etc. to be hot stamped are first made into relief plates, generally using copper plates or zinc plates. The electrochemical aluminum foil is installed on the unwinding device of the machine, and the machine is turned on. The hot stamping plate is heated to a suitable temperature by the electric heating plate. When the substrate is transported to the hot stamping position, the hot stamping plate presses the electrochemical aluminum foil on the surface of the substrate with heat and pressure under the action of air pressure. Under the combined action of temperature and pressure, the hot-melt silicone resin peeling layer and adhesive on the electrochemical aluminum foil are melted by heat. After the silicone resin melts, the bonding force decreases, and the aluminum layer is peeled off from the base film. The heat-sensitive adhesive bonds the aluminum layer to the substrate, thereby transferring the metal pattern or text on the electrochemical aluminum foil to the surface of the substrate. The machine is equipped with a pneumatic system, which is mainly composed of an air source, a cylinder, a pneumatic control valve, etc. The air source provides compressed air for the system. When hot stamping is required, the operator presses the start button or triggers the automatic control signal. The pneumatic control valve opens according to the signal command, and the compressed air enters the cylinder to push the piston of the cylinder. The movement of the piston transmits the force to the hot stamping head or hot stamping plate through mechanical transmission parts such as connecting rods and levers, so that the hot stamping plate is pressed against the substrate quickly and accurately to complete the hot stamping action. After the hot stamping is completed, the pneumatic control valve switches the state to discharge the compressed air in the cylinder, and the piston returns to the initial position under the action of the reset spring or other reset device, waiting for the next hot stamping instruction.
