The oil cup pad printer is more environmentally friendly and is more popular with European and American customers. The part where the oil cup contacts the printing plate is the oil cup ring. The oil cup ring can be made of tungsten steel or ceramic material. If a resin plate is used, a ceramic ring is recommended. If a steel plate is used, a tungsten steel ring is recommended. Be extra careful when installing both tungsten steel rings and ceramic rings, as they are very easy to damage!

It is troublesome to clean the ink cup when changing the ink of the pad printer. If it is not cleaned thoroughly and mixed with the next color, it will cause color difference. You can buy extra ink cups specifically for holding specific color inks.

3) Printing plate problem

Pad printers currently use thick steel plates, thin steel sheets and resin plates. Thick steel plates and thin steel sheets are steel materials that are more wear-resistant.
