     The use of a single screen printer, UV curing machine and tunnel drying furnace was the original printing process, but this process was inefficient. Now the use of automatic screen printers for complete sets of products has become the mainstream. That is, a screen printer is used to print a whole set of rulers, protractors and triangles at the same time, and the whole set is packaged and shipped, and the delivery cycle is significantly shortened.

    This automatic screen printer uses a rotary workbench, generally with 4-8 stations, and the fixture installed at each station can place rulers, triangles and protractors at the same time, so a set of stationery can be completed in one printing. Place the stationery on the workbench and operate the machine. The workbench will take the fixture and product to the next station for surface treatment, screen printing, automatic unloading, and UV curing.
