   3) The photoelectric tracking switch is installed at the front of the machine table, and the single-color screen printing machine can perform overprinting of the second color. The machine can connect multiple monochrome machines to complete multi-color overprinting.
  This roll-to-roll screen printing machine is suitable for printing paper packaging, membrane switches, thermal transfer films and other products. With the development of the market, the functions of roll-to-roll machines have been greatly improved. For example, adding a thermal transfer unit can realize cold stamping. When printing thermal transfer film, the machine can be equipped with an automatic powder shaker unit, and some factories will Add die-cutting or cutting function.
  There is also a kind of screen printing machine with stretchability and elasticity such as printing ribbons. Its characteristics are as follows:
   1) The workbench adopts a synchronous belt driven by a motor, and the product will move forward with the synchronous belt for a certain distance for printing, which avoids the graphic deformation caused by the expansion and contraction deformation of the product during printing.
  2) Ribbon and other products are basically printed with thermosetting ink and glue, and the ink drying adopts IR drying process, and the length of the drying oven varies from 2 meters to 4 meters. Currently, webbing products rarely use UV curing process.

•  Workbench - Ribbon is a narrow strip product woven with fabric, the surface is not smooth, and some of them have a certain elasticity; To ensure that the ribbon screen printing process does not slide or wrinkle, a synchronous belt workbench must be used. The so-called synchronous belt workbench means that the ribbon will be attached to the synchronous belt after entering the printing process and move with the synchronous belt. The synchronous belt is coated with a platen glue to avoid sliding and deformation of the ribbon; In order to improve the accuracy of screen printing, the synchronous belt drive is generally controlled by a servo motor;
• Drying device - Ribbon screen printing mostly uses glue or ink suitable for fabrics. This type of ink needs to be dried for drying, so the ribbon screen printing machine will be equipped with a tunnel furnace of about 1-2 meters after the screen printing unit. As far as the current technology is concerned, the ribbon screen printing machine is not equipped with UV ink. This is mainly because UV ink cannot achieve satisfactory results in ribbon printing;
• Operation panel - The ribbon automatic screen printing machine is a type of automatic roll-to-roll screen printing machine, and its movements are still relatively complicated. Since different printing processes are involved, there are many parameters that need to be adjusted. Therefore, the operation panel of the screen printer can effectively control the operation program of the screen printer;
• Correction device - For roll-to-roll automatic screen printers, we require the pattern to be printed evenly and vertically in the middle of the ribbon according to a certain pitch. Correction of the ribbon is necessary, but the ribbon is a rough product. The ribbon screen printer is usually not equipped with an automatic correction device. Instead, a certain number of positioning rings are set on the feed shaft to position the front and back directions of the ribbon to prevent the ribbon from deviating during the conveying process;
• Hot stamping device - Some users want to hot stamp the ribbon, and a hot stamping machine can be configured at the end of the ribbon screen printer. The ribbon is a fluffy fabric structure, and the indirect hot stamping process is more mature, that is, the hot stamping paste is printed on the ribbon, and then hot stamping is performed.
• Multi-color overprinting - Ribbon screen printers will also encounter multi-color overprinting problems. The number of colors that can be printed depends on the number of printing heads. The overprinting of the second and third colors is done by using the photoelectric switch to identify the first color and the servo motor to pull the ribbon to the specified position. Generally, the overprinting accuracy of a ribbon with better rigidity will be higher, while the overprinting accuracy of a softer, more easily stretched, and more easily deformed ribbon will be lower.
