The drying zone features a vertical oven integrated with an energy-recycling hot air system, maximizing airflow consistency and reducing electricity consumption by up to 40% in colder climates. For further energy flexibility, the design also supports external steam connections and optional electromagnetic insulation covers for the oven.

Durability is equally prioritized. The laminating machine is constructed with 30mm reinforced steel frames, ensuring long-term mechanical stability. All gearboxes utilize helical ground gear reducers for smooth torque delivery, and the synchronous transmission belts are engineered for quiet, low-maintenance operation.

The rewinding system, controlled by a Siemens 7.5KW servo motor and dual hydraulic cylinders, supports continuous, non-stop operation with surface rewinding. A PLC-linked lifting system ensures precise core positioning and tight paper winding without telescoping or slippage.
