The drying process has been significantly enhanced with a powerful hot air circulation oven and an oversized Φ1125mm drying roller, which increases the drying contact time and temperature consistency. The result is stable lamination performance at speeds of up to 120m/min with water-based glue and up to 150m/min with thermal film, depending on the substrate.

Equipped with shaftless unwinding and rewinding systems, The Water-based or Thermal Laminating Machineensures non-stop, high-speed operation. The unwinding unit features a hydraulic lifting mechanism and an Italian multi-point brake for stable paper feed tension. Similarly, the rewinding section includes a servo-driven 3” air shaft and proximity switch-controlled chuck for safe and efficient collection.

The laminating unit itself includes a precision-ground chrome mirror roller with a diameter of 420mm and a hydraulically controlled pressure roller of 300mm. An electromagnetic induction heating system embedded in the roller allows for fast and accurate temperature control, improving energy efficiency and eliminating the common issues of uneven heating or oil leakage found in traditional systems.

The electrical cabinet houses an advanced German-made motion controller that offers a scanning cycle as short as 50 microseconds. All major drive components, such as servo motors and drives, are sourced from Germany and Japan, ensuring long-lasting performance, precision control, and easy integration into smart factory environments via Ethernet and fieldbus protocols.

For added convenience, a film-loading trolley and rubber roller are provided as standard accessories. Additionally, the machine includes intelligent features such as a user-friendly HMI panel, a temperature-controlled electrical cabinet, and optional modules like auto paper splicer, dragon gate hanging, or additional correction systems.
