High Speed Roll to Roll Laminating Machine

This laminating machine is primarily designed for the lamination, unwinding, and rewinding of paper rolls. The unwinding process is facilitated by a pneumatic brake and a shaftless hydraulic loading and unloading system. The automatic deviation control system is equipped with a pneumatic paper splicing table.

The rewinding system is driven by a servo motor and features a surface-driven winding mechanism with a central cylinder. The use of an inflatable shaft for rewinding allows for convenient and quick hydraulic loading and unloading. Additionally, the machine is equipped with an ultra-low friction cylinder swing roller constant tension system, which is controlled via a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) program.

The roll to roll laminating  machine's structure is compact, with efficient use of space, enabling high-speed lamination and rewinding capabilities of up to 150 meters per minute.
