UVLED screen printing machine for washing machine panel

      This is a fully automatic shuttle UVLED screen printer designed specifically for washing machines and other home appliance panels. The workbench uses a servo-driven shuttle workbench with precise positioning. The screen lifting is driven by a servo motor and a ball screw. When facing products of different heights, it can be easily achieved by simply setting parameters; the UVLED curing system is adopted, and each color of ink can be quickly dried after printing. The whole machine adopts a mobile touch screen panel operation, which is simple and convenient.

     In order to achieve visualization and high contrast of the operation process, the washing machine panel usually requires black or silver ink with strong covering power. However, such UV ink is generally difficult to dry, and the necessary balance must be made in terms of transparency, covering power, and the intensity of the UV lamp. After many implementations, UVLED ink was finally used to replace the traditional solvent-based ink, realizing the automation of panel printing, which greatly improved production efficiency.
