Daily application scenarios of PC

PC is more suitable for scenarios with high requirements for safety, durability, and outdoor adaptability due to its impact resistance, strong weather resistance and high temperature resistance:

(1) Large outdoor billboards and light boxes

Applications: highway billboards, construction site enclosure light boxes, and large outdoor LOGO signs.

Reason: pc sheet has strong impact resistance (not easy to break by wind and impact), and can resist ultraviolet rays for a long time after adding UV coating (no yellowing after more than 5 years of outdoor use), which is more suitable for advertisements exposed to complex environments than acrylic.

(2) LED display screen shields and safety signs

Applications: protective panels of shopping mall/stage LED screens, highway warning signs, and factory safety signs.

Reason: PC has more than twice the impact resistance of acrylic (to prevent audience collision and breakage), and has a wider temperature resistance (-40℃~130℃), suitable for high or low temperature environments.

(3) Portable advertising carriers such as advertising umbrellas/tents

Applications: Transparent roofs for outdoor promotional umbrellas, exhibition tents, and mobile food trucks.

Reason: pc sheets is foldable (not prone to cracking after repeated folding) and UV-resistant (does not change color after long-term outdoor use). It is more suitable for scenes that require frequent folding and unfolding than acrylic.

(4) Industrial-grade advertising equipment protection

Applications: Transparent panels of vending machines and protective windows of self-service terminal equipment.

Reason: PC is scratch-resistant (although the surface hardness is low, it can be enhanced by coating) and chemical-resistant (resistant to oil stains and detergents), making it suitable for industrial equipment that is used frequently.
