Raw material mixing: PEI(polyetherimide) resin and glass fiber (30% content) are blended and granulated by a twin-screw extruder.
Injection molding: barrel temperature 320-350°C, mold temperature 140-160°C, drying conditions (120°C/2h).
Extrusion molding: screw temperature segmented control (feeding section 280°C, compression section 300°C, metering section 330°C).
Modification technology: glass fiber reinforcement (improved rigidity), carbon fiber reinforcement (conductivity), flame retardant grade (UL94 V-0).
