1. Vertical model: relatively small footprint, more compact structure, usually applicable to enterprises whose output requirements are not particularly huge but have restrictions on site space. 2. Hydraulic station: It consists of motor, hydraulic pump, pump protection device, professional control valve block and pipeline system for connecting the briquetting machine. 3. Console: It is composed of electrical system and plc control system. Equipped with adjustable text display, the sequence of action and the time of each action are completely controlled by PLC system and can be adjusted by the operator at any time, which is convenient and easy to understand.
Working Principle of Hydraulic Briquetting Machine:
Waste Metal Chip Cake Machine generally adopts the principle of hydraulic transmission, through the motor drive hydraulic pump, the hydraulic oil will be transported to each hydraulic cylinder, produce strong pressure, so that the metal chips in the mould is compressed into cake pieces. In this process, the PLC control system will precisely control the sequence and time of each action to achieve automatic feeding, compression, cake and other processes.
