Core structure of Hydraulic Briquetting Machine:
1. The main machine includes a frame, a main hydraulic cylinder, a pushing hydraulic cylinder, etc. The upper and lower beams of the frame are mostly integral steel castings, which are fixed with columns and can withstand the tension of high-pressure operation. The dies and punches are made of high-strength wear-resistant steel, which can be quickly replaced to meet different processing requirements;
2. Hydraulic station, consisting of motor, hydraulic pump, control valve block, etc., provides power for compression action. Some advanced models are also equipped with cooling system to avoid excessive oil temperature affecting equipment operation;
3. Console, relying on PLC control system, can adjust the sequence and time of equipment action, automatic operation is convenient and strong anti-interference.
Workflow of Metal Chips Briguetting Machine:
1. Feeding: the metal chips are put into a large bin by a manual or spiral feeder, a conveyor belt and other devices, and then the materials are sent into a mould by a feeding cylinder;
2. Compress, wherein that sub-cylinder drives the punch head of the main cylinder to rapidly press downward, and then the punch head of the main cylinder is slowly press under high pressure after entering the die cavity, so that the material is press into high-density briquettes;
3. Discharge, that main cylinder slightly rises to adjust the position, the block pus cylinder drives the slide block to retreat, the main cylinder rapidly descends again to push the briquette block out of the die cavity, and then the related part are reset to complete an operation cycle and prepare for the next pressing.
Model classification:
There are two common types: vertical and horizontal. With a daily production capacity of more than 300 tons, it is suitable for large-scale production, while the vertical model is more suitable for small and medium-sized enterprises with limited space.
