MC Nylon (Monomer Casting Nylon) sheet is a polyamide 6 engineering plastic sheet made by anionic polymerization process, with high molecular weight (about 100,000) and high crystallinity. Compared with ordinary extruded nylon, its mechanical properties are improved by more than 30%, and it is a high-performance solution to replace metals, thermosetting plastics and ordinary engineering plastics.

Core advantages of the mc nylon sheet
Ultra-high mechanical strength
The tensile/bending strength is 30% higher than that of ordinary PA6, close to the specific strength of metal aluminum, with excellent impact resistance, suitable for dynamic load parts.
Excellent wear resistance
The wear amount is only 1/3 of that of ordinary nylon, with self-lubricating properties, and can run without oil lubrication.
Dimensional stability
The water absorption rate (saturated) is <3%, which is lower than that of extruded nylon (6-8%), with small deformation after processing, and the precision can reach IT8 level.
Chemical corrosion resistance
Can withstand acid and alkali (pH 3-11), oil and seawater corrosion.
Noise reduction and shock absorption
Elastic modulus 2.8-3.2 GPa, effectively absorbs mechanical vibration.
Processing convenience
It can be used for metal processing such as turning, milling, drilling, and grinding, without the need for special equipment, and the processing efficiency is 50% higher than PTFE.
