PP Sheet is a thermoplastic engineering plastic sheet made of polypropylene (PP for short). With its lightweight, corrosion-resistant, high-strength and easy-to-process characteristics, it has become a universal material widely used in the global manufacturing industry. Our PP sheets are produced using internationally advanced extrusion technology and comply with ISO 9001 quality management system certification. They are suitable for chemical, packaging, construction, medical, advertising and other fields, providing customers with cost-effective solutions.
Core advantages of PP plate
Combination of light weight and high strength
The density is only 0.90-0.91 g/cm³ (about 1/8 of steel), which significantly reduces transportation and installation costs.
The bending strength is 40-80 MPa, which can replace some metal plates for load-bearing structures.
Excellent chemical stability
Excellent acid and alkali resistance, can withstand most chemicals in the pH range of 1-14 (except concentrated sulfuric acid and concentrated nitric acid).
Suitable for chemical storage tank linings, laboratory utensils, electroplating equipment protective plates and other scenarios.
Temperature resistance and environmental adaptability
Long-term use temperature range: -20℃ to +120℃ (short-term tolerance of 140℃).
Not easy to embrittle in low temperature environment (-20℃ still maintains more than 80% impact resistance), suitable for outdoor use in cold areas.
Environmental protection and safety
100% recyclable, in line with EU RoHS and REACH environmental protection directives.
Convenient processing
Supports cutting, drilling, welding, thermoforming and other processing methods, and can customize complex shapes.
The surface is smooth and flat, easy to print, laminate or spray, meeting the needs of advertising logos and decoration.
