PEG-100 stearate or glyceryl stearate is a nonionic emulsifier widely used in cosmetic emulsion systems. The product is light yellow particles, easy to disperse, and has good hydrophilicity. The HLB value of PEG-100 stearate is about 18.8, which is a high HLB value emulsifier and is suitable for use as a stabilizer and dispersant in water-in-oil systems (O/W). It has strong anti-electrolyte properties and can help the system maintain stability in a salty environment. It is particularly suitable for self-emulsifying formulas that require high stability and good skin feel.

Application scenarios

This raw material combination is suitable for a variety of emulsification systems such as lotions, creams, sunscreens, and makeup.
