POLYGLYCERYL-2 TETRAOLEATE is a plant-derived nonionic emulsifier designed for water-in-oil (W/O) systems with an HLB value of approximately 3. It excels at emulsifying high-oil and high-pigment systems and is commonly used in color cosmetics, sunscreens, and restorative skincare products, helping to achieve formulation stability and uniformity. Standard packaging is 25 kg per drum, with 500 g sample sizes also available for laboratory development and pilot evaluation.

Product Features

This product is a yellow, viscous liquid that is easy to handle at room temperature and can be added directly to formulations without preheating. When used as a primary emulsifier, it eliminates the need for additional auxiliary emulsifiers and exhibits excellent emulsification, particularly in formulations containing polar oils. It is suitable for creams and color cosmetics with high oil and powder content, imparting a smooth, delicate feel.
