There are many ways to print on plastic pen barrels: pad printing, screen printing, hot stamping, and thermal transfer are all mature technologies, and screen printing is the most common.
The fully automatic pen barrel screen printer is specially designed for pen barrels. It consists of a storage tank, an operation panel, a chain transmission mechanism, a screen printing system, and a UV IR system. The pen barrels in the storage tank will be arranged in sequence by the chain transmission mechanism and transported to the screen printing device for screen printing. If solvent-based ink is used, the IR curing device can be started, and if UV ink is used, the UV curing device can be started.
