Roller structure of roller transfer machine:
     The most important part of the roller transfer machine is the roller, which is the source of heat and pressure and has a decisive influence on the quality of textile printing. The roller is turned and ground with seamless steel pipes of different diameters, and tolerances are tested. The surface is chrome-plated or Polytetrafluoroethylene. The heating tube is installed in the circumferential direction inside, and a certain volume of heat transfer oil is added to the roller cavity.
 
1. Main body
The cylindrical seamless steel tube metal roller body has a precision-processed surface to ensure smoothness and roundness, and ensure uniform force during transfer. The surface treatment generally uses chrome plating or spraying Polytetrafluoroethylene to enhance wear resistance and corrosion resistance, while reducing the adhesion of the transfer material.
2. Temperature control
The heating electric heating tube is built-in in the circumferential direction, equipped with a temperature sensor and a temperature control module to ensure uniform temperature on the roller surface and avoid color difference or blurring of the transfer pattern.
3. Pressure regulation
The pattern on the sublimation paper is transferred to the fabric surface by temperature and pressure. In order to increase the pressure, a booster device can be provided at both ends of the roller, that is, an independent cylinder is provided to press the blanket against the roller surface.
4. Transmission
The roller transfer machine drives the gear or belt transmission at the end of the roller shaft through the main motor and the reduction box to ensure the stability of the roller speed and synchronize with the feeding mechanism (such as the conveyor belt) to avoid pattern stretching or dislocation. Rollers of different diameters have different transmission methods. Some use rollers to drive blankets, and some use blankets to drive rollers.
      As the market has higher and higher requirements for transfer speed, the diameter of the roller is getting larger and larger, and some diameters can reach 1200mm. For the same angular velocity, the larger the diameter, the greater the linear velocity at its generatrix position. However, the larger the roller diameter, the greater the difficulty of manufacturing the roller, and the heating power should be increased accordingly.
