What are the requirements of roller printing machine for heat transfer oil?
It is a very common process for roller printing machine to use heat transfer oil as a medium for heat transfer. First, the heat transfer oil is heated after the heating tube is heated up, and the heat transfer oil enclosed in the roller slowly transfers the heat to the roller surface. The heat transfer oil plays a key role in the stability of the temperature control of the roller printing machine.

1. Temperature matching
The working temperature of the roller printing machine is usually 100-250℃, and the working temperature of the heat transfer oil should be 30-50℃ higher than the roller temperature to avoid oil decomposition and coking due to local overheating.
2. Good thermal stability
