CB0.6*4 D=1.5 Stainless steel 410 flat head flat tail self tapping screw is an extremely compact mini screw, designed for permanent fixation of ultra-thin wall panels and high-density PCBs. With an outer diameter of only 0.6 mm and a head diameter of 1.5 mm, the flat tail blade can be directly self-drilled on a 0.2 mm aluminum alloy or FR-4 substrate without pre-holes, saving processes; the flat head sinks to the surface to ensure a flat assembly surface, suitable for mobile phones, tablets, wearables and other space-demanding micro screws application scenarios.

As a Precision screw, the thread accuracy reaches 6g, and the head runout is ≤0.01 mm; SUS410 is vacuum quenched + passivated, with a hardness of HV450 or above, and a salt spray test of ≥72 h. The pre-coated microcapsule glue layer can provide a preload of 30 N at a torque of 0.08 N·m, and the residual torque decay after 10⁶ micro-vibrations is <2%, ensuring long-term looseness.

After passing ASTM F837 certification, this part can be directly used as Aerospace Micro Screws. It weighs only 0.008 g, but can be stably locked in an environment of −55 °C ~ +150 °C and 15 g vibration, providing lightweight, highly reliable ultimate connection guarantee for CubeSat camera modules and drone sensor brackets.
