The Micro precision M1.8 flat head positioning pin is an extremely compact Mini screw designed for high-precision alignment of 0.3 mm thin-wall modules. With an outer diameter of 1.8 mm and a flat head thickness of 0.2 mm, it can achieve tight fit without increasing the height; the imported SUS420 stainless steel is vacuum quenched to HV 520, and the surface DLC coating is rust-proof after 500 h of salt spray, ensuring zero clearance positioning in micro screws applications such as micro optics and sensor housings.

As a Precision screw-level component, its cylindricality is ≤0.003 mm, coaxiality is ≤0.01 mm, and the matching hole tolerance H6 can achieve ±5 µm repeat positioning accuracy; the micro chamfer and knurl design at the end facilitates automated assembly, and the insertion and extraction force is stable between 2-4 N, meeting 10⁴ insertions and extractions without loosening.

After passing ASTM F837 certification, the pin can be directly used as a guide for Aerospace Micro Screws for satellite laser communication modules and drone gyro brackets. It weighs only 0.006 g, but can maintain micron-level position accuracy in an environment of −55 °C~+150 °C and 30 g vibration, providing reliable ultimate positioning guarantee for lightweight spacecraft.
