The Cross large flat head M2.0 circuit board grounding nail is a mini screw designed for high-density PCBs. It has a diameter of 2.0 mm and a head enlarged to 4 mm. It can achieve low-impedance grounding on a 0.8 mm copper foil layer. The nickel-plated copper alloy body guarantees a contact resistance of 0.5 mΩ. The cross slot is compatible with automatic screwdrivers and can be locked with 0.12 N·m. It is a common micro screw solution for consumer electronics and communication base stations.

As a Precision screw, the thread accuracy is 6 g and the head flatness is ≤0.02 mm; the surface is passivated with trivalent chromium, and it does not rust after 96 hours of salt spray. The resistance change of the pre-coated conductive microcapsule glue after 10⁶ thermal cycles is <5%, ensuring long-term reliable grounding.

After passing ASTM F837 certification, the nail can be directly used as Aerospace Micro Screws for satellite power boards and drone flight control ground networks. It weighs only 0.18 g, but can maintain low-impedance grounding in an environment of −55 °C~+150 °C and 20 g vibration, providing the ultimate guarantee for EMI suppression and lightning protection for lightweight spacecraft.
