CA 0.6*4 Stainless steel 410 flat head pointed tail self-tapping screw is an extremely compact mini screw, designed for one-time locking of 0.2 mm thin plates or micro plastic shells. The pointed tail with an outer diameter of 0.6 mm and a total length of 4 mm can be directly tapped without pre-hole conditions, and the flat head sinks into the surface to ensure the flatness of the assembly surface. It is a common micro screws solution in consumer electronics and sensors.

As a Precision screw, the thread accuracy is 6 g, and the head coaxiality is ≤0.01 mm; SUS410 is quenched + passivated, with a hardness of HV 450, and does not rust in salt spray for 72 h. The pre-coated microcapsule glue can output 30 N preload force at a torque of 0.08 N·m, and the residual torque decay after 10⁶ micro-vibration is <2%, which can maintain locking for a long time.

After meeting ASTM F837 certification, the nail can be directly used as Aerospace Micro Screws for CubeSat camera modules and drone sensor brackets. It weighs only 0.005 g, but can work stably in an environment of −55 °C~+150 °C and 15 g vibration, providing lightweight, highly reliable ultimate connection for aerospace-grade microsystems.
