The Flat head cross M0.6 SUS410 mobile phone motherboard connection nail is an extremely compact micro screw with a diameter of only 0.6 mm. It can be directly locked into a 0.25 mm thick FR-4 motherboard or magnesium-aluminum alloy middle frame. The flat head sinks into the surface to ensure the thinness of the whole machine; the cross slot is compatible with a 0.8 mm micro screwdriver, and the assembly cycle is less than 0.2 s. It is a micro screws solution commonly used in smartphones and wearable devices.

As a Precision screw, the thread accuracy is 6 g, and the head coaxiality is ≤0.01 mm; SUS410 is vacuum quenched + passivated, with a hardness of HV 450, and does not rust in salt spray for 48 hours. The pre-coated microcapsule glue can provide 25 N preload force at a torque of 0.08 N·m, and the loose angle is less than 2° after falling 5000 times, ensuring that the motherboard has no displacement for a long time.

After passing ASTM F837 certification, the nail can be directly used as Aerospace Micro Screws for CubeSat camera modules and drone flight control boards. It weighs only 0.006 g, but can be stably locked in an environment of −55 °C~+150 °C and 15 g vibration, providing equally reliable connection guarantees for consumer-grade and aerospace-grade microsystems.
