Purpose of Crocodile Shear:

It is mainly used in waste recycling enterprises, scrap steel mills, smelting and casting enterprises, machinery manufacturing and processing industries, etc. It is used to cut all kinds of metal waste materials, such as leftover materials after metal processing, metal parts, mold materials, etc., and process them into qualified furnace charges and small or flaky materials that are easy to transport and reprocess.

Safety operation procedures of Aligator Shear:

The equipment shall be operated by a designated person, and shall not be used by others without training. Before driving, check whether each part is normal and whether the fasteners are firm. It is forbidden to shear unannealed steel parts, cast iron parts, too thin or too long workpieces, etc. During operation, the human body is not allowed to get close to the transmission part and knife edge of the equipment. When cutting short materials, the clamp shall be used for feeding. When the equipment is running, the operator shall not leave the post without authorization, and the power supply shall be cut off after the work is completed.
