Introduction

     Bottle caps are used to seal containers and isolate them from external influences, and they have a wide range of uses. Despite their relatively small size, bottle caps are subject to extremely high demands for decoration, with a wide variety of decorative options. In recent years, market competition has intensified, leading to a demanding demand for the complexity of bottle cap decoration.

This fully automatic printing machine performs two-color hot stamping or two-color thermal transfer on the tops of bottle caps. It consists of an automatic loading mechanism, a positioning mechanism, a two-color hot stamping device, a photoelectric tracking system, and an automatic unloading system. Users place the caps to be hot stamped into the automatic loading chute. The caps are moved by a crawler mechanism and sorted by a screening mechanism, then placed onto a loading conveyor. At the end of the conveyor, a loading robot grabs them and places them on the fixture on the rotary hot stamping machine's worktable.

The worktable of the rotary hot stamping machine consists of a large circular disc with a diameter of approximately 800 mm, and approximately 20 fixtures are evenly spaced around the circumference to accommodate the caps. The worktable's rotation is controlled by a precision divider, which rotates the caps one degree at a time for positioning, capping, and two-color hot stamping or heat transfer. After hot stamping, the caps are picked up by a robotic unloading arm and transferred to a conveyor.

The entire machine is controlled by a PLC and touch screen, enabling user-defined settings and adjustments for temperature, pressure, time, and speed, achieving high-precision hot stamping of the caps.
