POM C Sheet (POM-C) is a thermoplastic engineering plastic sheet made from polyoxymethylene-copolymer (POM-C) resin, molded by compression or extrusion. "POM" is a linear polymer whose molecular chain consists of repeating units of formaldehyde monomer (CH₂O), while "C" stands for copolymer (as opposed to homo-POM). The molecular chain structure is adjusted by the introduction of comonomers (such as ethylene oxide) to achieve a balance between rigidity, heat resistance, and processing fluidity. POM-C sheet features an extremely smooth surface (roughness Ra <0.05μm, near-mirror finish) and a uniform color (typically white or black, with custom colors available). It has a density of 1.42g/cm³, and typically comes in thicknesses from 1mm to 250mm and widths from 600mm to 1000mm. Lengths can be customized upon request.
