Solution

        The tunnel drying line is suitable for drying solvent-based inks after pad printing and screen printing. The printed products are placed on the conveyor belt, which will drive the products into the drying system. The infrared rays generated by the drying system generate heat, which is radiated to the ink surface, accelerating the volatilization of the solvent in the ink, so that the ink quickly adheres to the surface of the product.

The tunnel drying line can be used alone, and the products can be placed on the conveyor belt manually, or the products on the pad printer or screen printer can be automatically transferred to the conveyor belt using a robot.

The temperature and speed of the tunnel drying line can be set to suit different products and printing processes. Generally, the tunnel drying line is not a standard product. It must be customized according to the user's requirements. The customized parameters include the width and length of the conveyor belt, the material of the conveyor belt, the number and power of the heating tubes, etc.
