      This fully automatic curved hot stamping machine/Thermal transfer machine is specifically designed for circumferential hot stamping of cylindrical plastic products with a diameter of less than 50mm, such as bottle caps and cosmetic caps. The machine consists of a loading system, a vertical turntable, a loading robot, a servo hot stamping device, an automatic rewinder, a touchscreen operation panel, and an unloading robot. Bottle caps are placed on the loading tray, where a screening mechanism arranges them in a specific order and feeds them onto a loading conveyor. The loading robot pushes the caps onto a dedicated fixture on the vertical turntable. The turntable then rotates counterclockwise, driving the fixture and the products through the dust removal, positioning, hot stamping, and unloading mechanisms. The unloading mechanism removes the hot stamped products and places them onto the unloading conveyor. The hot foil stamping machine is fully controlled by a servo system combined with a starting system, ensuring smooth operation and high precision, capable of reaching speeds of up to 2,500 caps per hour.Samples
