PU polyether sheet (polyurethane polyether foam sheet) is a polymer foam material made from polyether polyols (polyether polyols) as the primary raw material, along with isocyanates (such as TDI, MDI), catalysts, and blowing agents, using a one-step foaming process (such as continuous foaming or batch foaming). Polyurethane (PU) can be divided into polyether-based PU and polyester-based PU based on its soft segment structure. Polyether-based PU, whose soft segment is composed of polyether polyols (such as polytetramethylene ether glycol (PTMEG) and polyethylene glycol (PEG), exhibits excellent hydrolysis resistance, a soft touch, high resilience, and good low-temperature performance. It is widely used in applications requiring high moisture resistance, comfort, or dynamic load-bearing properties.
 
PU Polyether Sheet is categorized by density (typically 0.02-0.30 g/cm³) into soft foam (low density, high resilience), semi-rigid foam (medium density, supportive), and rigid foam (high density, thermal insulation). Typical thicknesses range from 1-100 mm (customizable), with widths ≤ 1000 mm and lengths cut to size. Through formulation adjustments and process optimization, this material achieves multifunctional integration, including lightweighting, energy absorption, and chemical resistance. It is a core material for applications such as home appliance packaging, automotive interiors, medical aids, and industrial cushioning.
