Basic Function: The ST2811 electrical carbon products resistivity tester is a multi-purpose comprehensive measurement device that professionally measures the resistivity, connection resistance, and bulk resistance of electrical carbon products (brushes, carbon electrodes, etc.) based on the four-terminal method principle.
Basic components: The testing instrument consists of ST2811 electrical carbon products resistivity Tester (main unit) +SZT-K1A test bench (four-terminal test electrode device) +ST2811 type electrical carbon products resistivity tester PC software and other units.
According to the standards: "JBT 8133.2-2013 Test Methods for Physical and Chemical Properties of Electro-Carbon Products - Part 2: Resistivity" and "JBT 8133.5-2013 Test Methods for Physical and Chemical Properties of Electro-Carbon Products - Part 5: Connection Resistance at the junction of Brush Body and Flexible Wire".
Advantages and features: This testing system is equipped with PC software, making parameter setting, data testing and other operations simple and clear. It is fully functional, including data testing, collection, editing, saving, printing and historical query.
This system can be operated either online with PC software or offline as an individual instrument, featuring simple and comprehensive functions.
Application scope: This instrument is suitable for carbon brush research and development and production units, carbon electrode material and product factories, as well as other scientific research units and universities that need to test the resistivity and connection resistance performance of electro-carbon products.

The range of sample resistivity testing is related to its cross-sectional area and the distance between the test pins. Taking the cross-sectional area S=250mm ² and the pin distance L=5mm as an example:
Basic resistivity measurement values: 0.50uΩ*m to 10.0kΩ*m.
Basic resistivity resolution: 0.01uΩ*m to 0.01kΩ*m.

(3) Test range of connection resistance/body resistance
Resistance measurement value: 10.0uΩ to 200kΩ.
