1.    Equipment Overview

Our product range includes Full-Automatic High Speed Paper Wrapping Machine, High Speed Paper Taping Machine with Pay-off & Take-up, Export-Grade High Speed Paper Taping Line and Low Noise High Speed Paper Taping Machine, all designed for manufacturing various models of paper/film covered round/rectangular copper/ aluminum wire, the finished wires are suitable for Dry-type transformer, Oil-immersed transformers, reactors, etc.

This equipment, especially the High Speed Paper Taping Machine with Pay-off & Take-up and Export-Grade High Speed Paper Taping Line, uses servo motor to drive traction and taping heads, one machine has one production line, includes pay-off unit, straightening unit, total 4 taping heads, traction, torque motor take-up machine and electrical control system. As a core product, the Low Noise High Speed Paper Taping Machine ensures quiet operation while maintaining high efficiency, and the Full-Automatic High Speed Paper Wrapping Machine realizes unmanned operation, greatly improving production efficiency.

2) Insulation material: Cable paper, film and Nomex paper are suitable. Insulation thickness: 0.04mm-0.125mm , band width: 10～32mm. This parameter is applicable to all our equipment, including the Full-Automatic High Speed Paper Wrapping Machine and Low Noise High Speed Paper Taping Machine.

3) Insulation layers: 4 layers, max 16 layers at one time. This feature is fully reflected in the Export-Grade High Speed Paper Taping Line, meeting high-standard export requirements.

4) Pitch range of taping head: 10～32.

5) Pad diameter: 330 mm(max)

6) Pad core diameter: 75mm

7) Maximum speed of taping head: 800RPM/min, ensuring high-speed production for the High Speed Paper Taping Machine with Pay-off & Take-up.
