High Speed Paper Taping Machine
1. Equipment Overview
This equipment is used for manufacturing various models of paper/film covered round/rectangular copper/ aluminum wire, the finished wires are suitable for Dry-type transformer, Oil-immersed transformers, reactors, etc.
This equipment uses servo motor to drive traction and taping heads, one machine has one production line, includes pay-off unit, straightening unit, total 4 taping heads, traction, torque motor take-up machine and electrical control system.

1) Bare wire parameter Conductor width: 3.5～25mm
Conductor Thickness: 1～8mm
Single wire section ：10~150.0mm²
Yield strength: 60 ~200N/mm²
2) Insulation material: Cable paper, film and Nomex paper are suitable. Insulation thickness: 0.04mm-0.125mm , band width: 10～32mm.
3) Insulation layers: 4 layers, max 16 layers at one time.
4) Pitch range of taping head: 10～32.
5) Pad diameter: 330 mm(max)
6) Pad core diameter: 75mm
7) Maximum speed of taping head: 800RPM/min
8) Line speed: 0—16M/min
9) Power supply: 380V 60Hz
