This is the cold hot scalding process. The cold -hot -coating process is suitable for flat products and is suitable for round products. Screen printing: screen printing a layer of glass varnish or glass ink on the surface of a glass cup or bottle, which is to establish a coating on the glass surface that can be bonded with the hot stamping foil.

Drying: After screen printing, the ink needs to be dried and cured, such as a UV curing device or an IR curing device to cure the UV ink on the surface of the glass cup.

Hot stamping: The hot stamping device is installed with a flat hot stamping plate or a silicone roller, which can transfer the hot stamping foil to the coated area on the glass surface, and the uncoated area will not retain the hot stamping foil.

Users place the bottles on the conveyor belt of the screen printing machine, and the robotic arm loads them, performing screen printing, UV curing, and hot stamping sequentially.
