       The automatic glass cup screen printing and hot stamping combination production line integrates three major systems: screen printing, drying, and hot foil stamping, which can complete the entire hot stamping process of glass cups.
Screen printing: screen printing a layer of glass varnish or glass ink on the surface of a glass cup or bottle, which is to establish a coating on the glass surface that can be bonded with the hot stamping foil.
Drying: After screen printing, the ink needs to be dried and cured, such as a UV curing device or an IR curing device to cure the UV ink on the surface of the glass cup.

       This linear automatic screen printing machine replaces the second station with a flat hot stamping unit. The first station prints glass ink or paint onto the bottle surface, followed by UV curing. The second station transfers the hot stamping foil to the area where the paint was printed. This screen printing and hot stamping production line is suitable for bottles made of glass, metal, ceramics, or other materials that cannot be directly hot stamped. Users place the bottles on the conveyor belt of the screen printing machine, and the robotic arm loads them, performing screen printing, UV curing, and hot stamping sequentially. By integrating screen printing and hot stamping into one machine, the automation level is high, significantly reducing manual intervention and increasing productivity.
