Product Name: Ondansetron Hydrochloride Tablets

【Description】

This product is a film-coated tablet, appearing white or off-white after removal of the coating.

【Indications】

This antiemetic is indicated for:

Nausea and vomiting induced by cytotoxic chemotherapy and radiotherapy.

Prevention and treatment of postoperative nausea and vomiting.

【Specification】

Based on C₁₈H₁₉N₃O: (1) 4mg; (2) 8mg

【Dosage and Administration】

For vomiting induced by highly emetogenic chemotherapy:

Administer 8mg of ondansetron hydrochloride injection intravenously 15 minutes before chemotherapy, 4 hours after chemotherapy, and 8 hours after chemotherapy. After stopping chemotherapy, administer 8mg of ondansetron hydrochloride tablets orally every 8-12 hours for 5 consecutive days.

For vomiting induced by moderately emetogenic chemotherapy:

Administer 8mg of ondansetron hydrochloride injection intravenously 15 minutes before chemotherapy, followed by 8mg of ondansetron hydrochloride tablets orally every 8-12 hours for 5 consecutive days.

For vomiting induced by radiotherapy:

The first dose of 8mg tablets should be administered orally 1-2 hours before radiotherapy, followed by 8mg every 8 hours for the duration of radiotherapy.

For prevention of postoperative nausea and vomiting:

Administer 8mg tablets orally 1 hour before anesthesia, followed by two additional doses of 8mg every 8 hours.

【Storage】 Store in a sealed container.

【Packaging】 Aluminum-plastic blister packaging.

【Validity Period】 18 months
