When you are dealing with intravenous fluids, there is zero room for guessing about material safety. The film wrapping your product needs to be as pure as the liquid inside it. We take the cleanliness of this 3-layer co-extruded film extremely seriously.

This isn’t some generic packaging plastic. It is built strictly to meet the heavy regulatory standards of the medical field. It fully complies with EP 3.1.6, USP 87, and USP 88 testing. What does that mean for your production? It means when you put your filled bags through high-heat sterilization, the film holds up.

Some poorly mixed films will start shedding insoluble particles into the liquid after being heated and cooled. That is a nightmare for quality assurance. Because of our strict blending of high-grade polypropylene and specific elastomers, the inner layer remains completely stable. It does not leach weird chemicals or drop particles into your preparations.
