Flexible Multilayer Liquid Packaging Film

Need strong film for liquid bags? Let’s be honest, making multilayer packaging films that actually survive the rough conditions on a production floor is harder than it looks. Leaks are a total headache, especially when you are moving large volumes of liquid around on pallets.

We mix materials like standard PP and special elastomers to fix a very common industry problem: plastic getting extremely brittle in cold storage. Because of this specific blend, our film stays soft and bends easily. It simply won’t break, crack, or leak when someone accidentally drops the bags or bumps them hard during transit.

It works great for simple fluid storage or complex liquid logistics. Also, the inner layer melts perfectly on standard heating machines. We know that if the edge seal fails, the whole bag is garbage. Your edge seals will stay tight from day one.

We don’t just guess if the film is good. We test every single batch before we shrink-wrap the rolls for shipping. If the thickness is wrong, we scrap it. Our normal thickness runs between 200 and 250 microns, but we are flexible. Just tell us what thickness you need for your current project, and we can cut the rolls to match your exact machine specs.
