Working Principle

The impact crusher is a crushing machine that uses impact energy to crush materials.When the machine is in operation, the rotor runs at high speed driven by the motor.When materials enter the plate hammer action area, they collide with the plate hammerson the rotor and are crushed, then thrown to the impact device for secondary crushing,and then bounce back from the impact liner to the plate hammer seat, and aredischarged from the outlet. Adjusting the gap between the impact frame and the rotorcan achieve the purpose of adjusting the discharge particle size and shape of the product.

Performance Features

Heavy-duty rotor design, with heavy full-body plate hammers, which gain largerotational inertia and impact crushingforce, increasing the crushing ratio andimproving product shape. The platehammer fastening device is simple,reliable and easy to install.

The upper casing of the crusher isequipped with a hydraulic openingdevice, which facilitates maintenance andreplacement of parts.

After the plate hammer or impact liner isdamaged, the gap between the impactframe and the rotor plate hammer canbe adjusted via the hydraulic adjustmentdevice, which is fast and convenient.

The crusher rotor undergoes advancedmanufacturing processes such as overallfinishing and balance correction toensure stable operation of theequipment.

Wear-resistant alloy protective tubes areinstalled at easily worn parts, which areeasy to replace and protect the rotorbody from wear.

Equipped with an automatic oiling device,which provides timed and quantitativeoil supply, ensuring good lubrication ofthe bearing parts, reducing manualmaintenance time and labor intensity,while saving costs.
